SHIPPAGAN MUNICIPAL PLAN AND ZONING BYLAW
APRIL 13, 2026 - PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipality of Shippagan has adopted two bylaws titled “Bylaw Amending the Bylaw Adopting the Shippagan Municipal Plan,” bearing No. 77-2025-01, and “Bylaw Amending the Shippagan Zoning Bylaw,” bearing No. 78-2025-03.
The bylaw amending the bylaw adopting the municipal plan was approved by the Minister of Environment and Local Government on February 25, 2026, and filed with the Gloucester County Registry Office on March 5, 2026, under number 47002317.
The bylaw amending the zoning bylaw was filed with the Gloucester County Registry Office on March 5, 2026, under number 47002309.
