Shippagan Municipal Plan and Zoning By-law
APRIL 13, 2026 - PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipality of Shippagan has adopted two by-laws entitled "By-law to amend the by-law adopting the Shippagan Municipal Plan," bearing no. 77-2025-01, and "By-law to amend the Shippagan Zoning By-law," bearing no. 78-2025-03.
The by-law amending the by-law adopting the municipal plan was approved by the Minister of Environment and Local Government on February 25, 2026, and filed at the Gloucester County Registry Office on March 5, 2026, under number 47002317.
The by-law amending the zoning by-law was filed at the Gloucester County Registry Office on March 5, 2026, under number 47002309.
