Located on the Shippagan wharf, this major work by Michel Duguay pays tribute to fishermen who have died or gone missing at sea, highlighting the commemorative monument dedicated to them right next to it.

In July 2021, the Inspire Festival came to Shippagan to create a large mural on the municipal warehouse building.
This artwork aimed to highlight significant elements, including the Campbell Circus, which sets up annually at this location as part of the Shippagan Fisheries and Aquaculture Festival.
This project was made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Shippagan Chamber of Commerce, the Shippagan Downtown Improvement Corporation, Gauthier Marine, and the Port of Belle-Dune. Thanks to their support, this festival was able to come to life in our beautiful municipality.

Nine works by local artist Michel Duguay are displayed in large format on the municipal warehouse wall, along DeGrâce Street. Completed in November 2025, this initiative adds a distinctive artistic touch to this iconic municipal location.
You can even view the artworks at night, thanks to lights that illuminate them in the evening.

The open-air art gallery is located along the Rivage Trail, a 2-kilometer wooden boardwalk that runs along the sea. Whether walking, running, cycling, or however you choose to explore, enjoy your stroll and admire the paintings created by local artists, displayed throughout the route.

The Anglican Church building, now part of the United Church of Canada, dates back to 1903, with the exception of the entrance which was added in 1950. This heritage building bears witness to the presence of Jersey and Scottish communities in the municipality and region. The premises were renovated in 2017 to allow for maximum use of the space while preserving its historical character.
Since 2013, this Anglican Church building, more commonly known as 'La P'tite église' (The Little Church), has been recognized as a cultural venue. A summer program of activities is offered. Due to its size and charm, it hosts more intimate musical performances, visual art exhibitions, literary talks, and other smaller-scale cultural events.
