The Imagine NB program is back and is now recruiting for its sixth cohort for 2024-2025!
Are you a newcomer or young immigrant who will be in grades 10, 11, or 12 in August 2024? Do you want to bring about change in your community, impact the lives of others, and gain essential skills to help you play key roles in the province's future? Then Imagine NB is for you!
Program Overview:
Imagine NB is an intercultural leadership accelerator that aims to pave the way for a more inclusive New Brunswick.
This is a program for both Anglophone and Francophone students, with separate streams, running for approximately 8 months (August 2024 – March 2025).
It brings together young people from across the province for a series of weekend retreats and virtual sessions to engage them in:
· Leadership and global skills training;
· Skill development through experiential learning opportunities;
· Meaningful discussions and reflections; and
· Giving back and strengthening community ties.
